Located on the ground floor is a 1 bedroom apartment with a spare room, which can sleep four persons. Access to the main bedroom is from the living/kitchen area via the open plan second "bedroom" (spare room). This unit also has one bathroom and is fully equipped with a kitchen and a shared patio and sundeck with the neighboring apartment.
